  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unworn or unused, with original tags
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

🚚 $8.00 flat-rate return shipping (customer responsible for paying shipping cost)

❌ No restocking fees

❌ Final sale items are non-returnable

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your item
  • ⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • Defective
  • Or the wrong item was sent

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Standard return conditions still apply.

💳 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process it
